The sterile blades are individually packaged in metallic sheet with corrosion protection.

To set a standard blade on a handle with wide or narrow tip:

* Hold the blade with pliers avoiding contact with the edge.
* Hold the handle with the other hand with the frame up.
* Position the opening of the blade on the tip of the handle and engage the grooves.
* Slide the blade until it clicks into proper position.
* To facilitate assembly, slightly bend the blade by sliding on the handle.

To remove a blade: grab the blade with forceps, lift the heel of the blade to the point, with the end of the index, avoiding contact with the edge and pull the handle with care.
