How to use it:
Follow these steps for a manicure that lasts:
1- Start by applying OPI Base Shield to clean, dry nails with the cuticles back.
2- For a perfect polish, apply one coat through the center of the nail, followed along each side of the nail.
3- Then, apply a second coat, pulling color over the nail tips.
4 - Polish, seal and protect with a coat of OPI top coat, pulling it over the nail tips.
5 -For a polish that is dry to the touch in a matter of minutes, apply 2 drops of DripDry Lacquer drying drops to each nail.
